When Does Trials Of Osiris Arrive?
Trials of Osiris currently starts every Friday at 10 AM (PDT) and ends on Tuesday at 10 AM (PDT). Trials is usually not available for the first month when a new season begins.
Trials of Osiris will not be live during the following:
- The first week of a new season.
- The week a new raid releases.
- Any week Iron Banner is active.
Required to Access Trials of Osiris:
✅ Power 1520+
- As of Season 21, this is Lightfall.
✅ A Passage (see below)
- Purchase from Saint-14 while Trials is active.
Please note, Expansion ownership does not transfer between platforms.
About:
- Purchase a Trials Passage to start competing in Trials of Osiris and track rounds and matches won.
- Complete Trials rounds and matches to earn Trials Ranks based on the number of round wins on your ticket and in the current match.
- Complete a Flawless Ticket to open the Lighthouse and get the weekly Adept Trials weapon, a piece of Trials armor, and a chance at unique cosmetic items.
- Complete Ranks to earn Trials Engrams.
- Trials armor always drops with high-stat packages, as well as glows if you have gone flawless.
Modes:
- Dominion (Current Mode, as of Season 21)
- To win, your team must become the last Guardian(s) standing by defeating the entire opposing team or capturing the zone.
- Dominion: A capture zone appears at the start of each round. Win the round by capturing the zone.
- Elimination: Wins can also be achieved by defeating the opposing team.
- Revives: Teammate revives are enabled.
- Classic 3v3 Elimination
- Achieve victory by eliminating all opponents in this round-based mode.
- Trials Labs: Freelance
- Solo fireteams only
- Trials Labs: Capture Zone
- Classic 3v3 elimination with a twist. 30 seconds into the first round, a flag spawns in the middle of the map. Capturing the zone guarantees that the team who captured it will win the round regardless if all players die on both sides.

- Each class will receive Pinnacle Gear on a weekly basis.
- After opening the Chest and leaving The Lighthouse, players must complete a new Flawless Passage to return.

“All submissions will be reviewed by our selection committee and three finalists will be chosen. The final three designs will be voted on internally by a group of Bungie employees to determine the winner. The winner will work with our art team to finalize the design and ensure it meets all necessary requirements.” -Bungie
Guidelines
1.Nameplate dimensions are: 474 x 96 px.
Other components of full emblem design (the icon and the header) are not required for submission.
2. There are no theme or color restrictions. The world is your oyster.
3. Art must be 2D and non-animated.
4. Submissions must include the hashtag #Emblematic to be included in the competition.
5. Branding, logos, or any third-party intellectual property cannot be included.
6. Any hateful or explicit imagery will lead to immediate disqualification.
7. This is not a popularity contest. All submissions will be presented to the voting panel without identifying information about the original artist.

The submission period will be open from today until July 13th.

Fishing Derby
“As part of our Bungie Day celebration, we’ve got a series of community fishing derbies for players to compete in for those that want to really dive deep into this Season’s fun. To compete, Guardians will need to catch as many fish as possible within a given time frame. There will be five fishing derbies, which will be one hour each, spread out throughout the day to help you find a good time to participate”

Mid-Season Weapons Update Preview
Archetypes
- Pulse Rifles: Reduced auto aim angle by ~10% at 0 Aim Assist.
- Lightweight Bows: Increased falloff start distance from 15m to 25m, end distance from 20m to 45m, and final accuracy by ~10%.
- General: Improved Shayura’s Wrath ADS reticle.
- Lightweight Shotguns: Reduced outer horizontal pellet spread angle by 15%.
Graviton Lance changes
- PvE damage increase by 67%.
- The catalyst no longer grants additional aim assist.
- Cosmology explosion damage against players has been reduced by 40%.
- Damage in PvE remains unaffected.
No Time to Explain
- Reduced range stat by 10.
Fighting Lion
- Fixed catalyst issue, now applies buffs to Kinetic and Power slot weapons.

“In Season 22, we have a substantial shakeup coming to the weapons sandbox in the form of zoom. We will have more details to share closer to release, but we want to briefly touch on what’s going to happen at a high-level:
The initial changes are going to enforce something we’re calling range compression, with two main goals:
- Reduce the variance between the optimal engagement ranges of our mid-range weapons (Auto Rifles, Pulse Rifles, and Hand Cannons).
- Slightly reduce the average engagement range in Crucible by pulling in the maximum damage falloff distances of many weapon types.”

Other things to look forward to in Season 22:
- Hand Cannons in PvE will be improved with faster reload speed and increased damage against minor and major enemies.
- Sword guard will undergo a significant overhaul.
- Some Exotics, like Le Monarque, will be balanced, and Touch of Malice will receive significant buffs.
- Weapon perks like Bipod, Envious Assassin, and Under-Over will be buffed.
