Solstice Armor Not Upgrading: Before players can upgrade their Solstice armor, they must make sure every piece of the set is ready to upgrade. Players cannot upgrade their armor to the next tier if objectives on any single piece are not complete. – Added 8/1/2018

Players who have characters of the same class should not try completing some objectives on one character and some objectives on another character, as they will not be able to upgrade their armor. Players should only complete objectives on one character class in order to upgrade their armor. – Added 8/2/2018

Elemental Orb Generation: Elemental orbs can be randomly generated on kills from any player wearing a complete Solstice armor set. Elemental orbs generated are based off of the subclass, energy weapon, and power weapon in a player’s loadout. If players are pursuing any specific elemental orb, they should ensure their loadout matches the desired element. – Added 8/1/2018

Trapped Behind Barriers in Redux Mission: We are aware of player reports regarding issues getting stuck behind vex barriers in the redux missions. The first and best troubleshooting step that players should attempt is to wipe and respawn. Players who encounter this behavior and are unable to work around it will need to return to the Tower to restart the mission anew. To mitigate this issue, Fireteam members should ensure they stay within close proximity of one another, especially as they transition between mission areas. – Added 8/1/2018

Portuguese Titan Gauntlet Text: We are aware of an error in the objective description for the Solstice of Heroes Titan Gauntlets in Portuguese. Players need to collect Solar orbs in strikes to complete the objective. – Added 8/1/2018

Armor Glows after Solstice of Heroes: Once players have obtained and applied any armor glow to their Solstice armor, it will remain available on that armor piece after Solstice of Heroes concludes on August 28, 2018. – Added 8/1/2018

In My Element Triumph: We are investigating player-reported issues regarding some Elemental Orbs not counting toward the “In My Element” Triumph.

Tracking Adventures and Region Chests: Adventures and Region Chests are tracked by the character who has completed the most of them, and are not tracked account-wide. Players who encounter issues making progress toward these Triumphs should make sure they are playing on their character which has made the most progress toward these Triumphs.

Latent Memories on Third-Party Sites: Third-party websites which track Latent Memories may label them in an order that does not match the official order listed on Players are encouraged to use discretion when relying on third-party websites for tracking Latent Memories in Destiny 2.

Deleting Characters: Progress toward Triumphs and event rewards may be lost if players delete any characters on their account. For the best experience, it is recommended that players do not delete any characters until all desired rewards have been redeemed, and Solstice of Heroes concludes on August 28, 2018.

Earning Triumph Points: Players who have completed Solstice of Heroes: Moments of Triumphs in-game will need to make sure they turn in the completed Triumph. Until the Triumph is turned in, its points will not be reflected on the players’ account.

Picking Up Triumphs: Before attempting to complete a Triumph, players should make sure they have acquired the Triumph from the Statue of Heroes. Some Triumphs will need to be completed again if the Triumph is not in the player’s inventory at the time of completion.

Armor Progresses only during Solstice of Heroes: Solstice of Heroes armor can only be progressed and upgraded during the Solstice of Heroes live event. Players have until the weekly reset on August 28, 2018 to complete armor objectives and unlock rewards.

Masterwork Class Item Objectives: Players will not receive progress toward masterwork class item objectives when defeating the bosses of the Savathûns Song and A Garden World strikes. Players may progress this armor objective by defeating other activity bosses.

Duplicate Armor when Upgrading: Players will lose duplicate Solstice of Heroes armor pieces if they upgrade an armor piece of the same quality in the same slot. For example, if players have two Solstice Bond (Scorched) Warlock class items, one equipped and one not, they will lose the unequipped item when they upgrade their equipped piece.

Reclaiming Solstice of Heroes Armor: Once a player has obtained and upgraded a piece of Solstice of Heroes armor, it may be re-purchased from the Statue of Heroes.
