ACTIVITY MODIFIERS

These modifiers are on certain activities such as Nightfall: The Ordeal, Lost Sectors, and Nightmare Hunts.

  • Champions: All
    • This mode contains Barrier, Unstoppable, and Overload Champions, which cannot be stopped without an Anti-Barrier, Unstoppable, or Overload mod, respectively.
  • Champions: Overload
    • This mode contains Overload Champions, which cannot be stopped without an Overload mod.
  • Champions: Unstoppable
    • This mode contains Unstoppable Champions, which cannot be stopped without an Unstoppable mod.
  • Champions: Barrier
    • This mode contains Barrier Champions, which cannot be stopped without a Barrier mod.
  • Champions: Hive
    • This mode contains both Barrier and Unstoppable Champions, which cannot be stopped without a Barrier or Unstoppable mod, respectively.
  • Champions: Vex
    • This mode contains both Barrier and Overload Champions, which cannot be stopped without a Barrier or Overload mod, respectively.
  • Champions: Fallen
    • This mode contains both Barrier and Overload Champions, which cannot be stopped without an Anti-Barrier or Overload mod, respectively.
  • Champions: Mob
    • This mode contains additional Champions.
  • Hero Modifiers: Extra Shields
  • Legend Modifiers: Locked Loadout, Match Game, Extra Shields.
  • Master Modifiers: Extra Champions Locked Loadout Match Game Extra Shields
  • Grandmaster Modifier: All of the following modifiers are enabled
    • Extinguish, Limited Revives, Contest, Join In Progress Disabled Champions: Mob, Locked Loadout, Match Game Extra Shields.
  • Equipment Locked/Locked Loadout: You will not be able to change your equipment after this activity starts.
  • Attrition: Regeneration is greatly impaired. Defeating enemies may create wells of Light.
  • Chaff: Radar is disabled.
  • Contest Mode: The activity is at a fixed difficulty. Test your might.
  • Join In Progress Disabled: Nobody can join team while in activity, you will have to go to Orbit for someone to join.
  • Empath: Enhanced Radar. Take increased damage from melee.
  • Match Game: Enemy shields are highly resistant to all unmatched elemental damage.
  • Togetherness: Base health regen is reduced. If near another player, health regen is increased.
  • Extinguish: If your fireteam falls in a Restricted Zone, everyone is returned to orbit.
  • Scorched Earth: Enemies throw grenades significantly more often.
  • Master Modifier: All of the following modifiers are enabled – Champions: Mob, Locked Loadout, Match Game, Extra Shields.
  • Martyr: Exploder units have more health.
  • Air Superiority: Flying units do increased damage.
  • Extinguish – If your fireteam falls in a Restricted Zone, everyone is returned to Orbit.
  • Limited Revives – Limited fireteam revives. Gain additional revives by defeating Champions.
  • Arach-NO!: When defeated, Fallen Vandals spawn a web mine at their feet.
  • In Anâh’s Chorus: Incoming Void and environmental damage increased.
  • Thavik’s Implant (Exodus Crash)
    • Incoming Arc and environmental damage increased.
  • Hashladûn’s Serenade (The Scarlet Keep)
    • Arc damage increased. Knockback damage and distance increased.
  • Modular Algorithm (The Inverted Spire)
    • Incoming Arc and environmental damage increased.
  • Genesis Algorithm (The Pyramidion)
    • Incoming Void and environmental damage increased.
  • Root Algorithm (The Garden World)
    • Void and aerial damage increased.
  • Nokris’s Refrain (Strange Terrain)
    • Incoming Solar and environmental damage increased.
  • Kargen’s Stratagem (The Insight Terminus)
    • Incoming Void and environmental damage increased.
  • S.A.B.E.R. Protocol (Fallen S.A.B.E.R.) 
    • Incoming Solar and environmental damage increased.
