As the first new moon of the Lunar calendar shines down on us, the Epic Games Store is celebrating with a sale to carry us from the old year and into the new one. The Epic Games Store Lunar New Year Sale is live now until Feb 10th at 11 AM ET, just as the new moon has reached its fullest. The sale has +1300 games, editions and add-ons, with discounts reaching up to 75%.
Lunar New Year marks the start of the new year on the lunar and lunisolar calendars (whose months are moon cycles). The festivities are observed across a number of East Asian countries, such as China, Vietnam, and Korea, each with their own form of celebrations. A quarter of the globe comes together to hope for health and happiness, while exchanging gifts and eating well.

Red Dead Redemption 2 Sale – 50% off
Rockstar’s vast cowboy simulator puts you in a gang of itinerant criminals as they hunt for a place to settle down. The prairie is full of work for a dishonest man, and you can earn coin in heists, hunting, robbing, and even a good deed here or there.
You’re the spark that ignites a revolution. You’re a guerilla revolutionary on the island of Yara, fighting your way through the dictator’s forces. Grand Theft Auto V Sale – 50% off
Rockstar’s open-world crime sim puts you in the criminal minds of three protagonists. Each is trying to better themselves, albeit by committing heists and other felonies. Aside from the interlocking stories, there’s a whole world of San Andreas to explore. You’re as likely to rob a city store as you are to end up stalking Bigfoot through the forests.
World War Z: Aftermath Sale – 35% off
A globe-spanning take on the co-operative zombie shooter. Fight off thousands of undead in places like New York, Jerusalem, Moscow, Tokyo. The zombies in World War Z: Aftermath swarm properly, climbing up and over each other while trying to get at your tasty flesh.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY $10 EPIC COUPON?
Your $10 Epic Coupon will be automatically applied at checkout on your next qualified transaction of $14.99 or more. (See below for additional currency equivalents).Coupons are applied in one of two ways.
- A single eligible product valued at $14.99 (or local equivalent) or more.
- A cart with multiple eligible products will receive a maximum discount of $10 (or local equivalent).
WHAT GAMES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE $10 EPIC COUPON?
The $10 Epic Coupon can only be used on eligible products already released on the Epic Games Store. The minimum purchase requirement for coupon use is $14.99 (or local equivalent) or more. Coupons can be applied to a single product or multiple product transactions that meet the minimum purchase requirement. Taxes and other fees do not apply toward the minimum purchase requirement. This coupon cannot be used on pre-purchases, any non-game purchase such as add-ons (like DLC or season passes) or in-game purchases (such as in-game currency, like V-Bucks in Fortnite, or upgrades like Save the World mode).

DOES MY $10 EPIC COUPON EXPIRE?
Yes. All unredeemed Epic Coupons from this promotion will expire on February 27 at 11am Eastern Standard Time.
CAN I RECEIVE MORE THAN ONE $10 EPIC COUPON IN THIS CAMPAIGN?
No.
CAN I USE MY $10 EPIC COUPON ON PRE-PURCHASES, DLC, GAME ADD-ONS, SEASON PASSES, OR IN-GAME PURCHASES, INCLUDING V-BUCKS IN FORTNITE?
No, the $10 Epic Coupon can only be applied to purchases of qualifying products that have already been released on the Epic Games Store. It cannot be applied to pre-purchases or to any non-game purchase such as add-ons (like DLC or season passes) or in-game purchases (such as in-game currency, like V-Bucks in Fortnite, or upgrades like Save the World mode).
IF I RETURN THE GAME I PURCHASED USING THE $10 EPIC COUPON, WILL THE COUPON BE RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT?
The $10 Epic Coupon you used to purchase the game won’t be returned to you. If a game is returned after the event is over, the coupon will be forfeited as it is past the expiration date of the $10 Epic Coupon.
